Privacy Policy
Effective: August 13, 2026 · Last updated: August 13, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Taylorson Technologies LLC collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use PickPicBuy as a visitor, Buyer, Seller, or account holder.
That includes accounts, interactive storefronts, orders, security, support, and platform billing.
A Seller needs the information you submit to review and fulfill your order.
We do not sell personal information for money or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
1. Scope and privacy controller
This Policy applies to PickPicBuy websites, account areas, interactive storefronts, checkout, support communications, and related services that link to it. It does not govern third-party websites or services, even when PickPicBuy links to them.
Taylorson Technologies LLC, a Florida limited liability company, is responsible for PickPicBuy’s processing of personal information described in this Policy.
PickPicBuy provides the platform, but a product sale is generally between a Buyer and a Seller. When a Buyer places an order, the relevant Seller receives the order details and is independently responsible for how they use those details to communicate, fulfill the order, keep business records, and comply with law. Questions about a Seller’s use of order information should also be directed to that Seller.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you provide, information created through your use of PickPicBuy, and limited technical information collected automatically.
Account and sign-in data
Name, email address, password credentials in protected form, account status, preferred language, verification records, and sign-in or session information. If you use Google, Facebook, or Apple sign-in, we may receive an external account identifier, name, email address, and email-verification status from that provider.
Profile and Seller data
Profile photo, phone number, address, country, contact preferences, shop name and description, Seller contact details, public links, selling and delivery countries, payment or delivery instructions, currency, and Seller content.
Photos, products, and public content
Uploaded photographs, marked product regions, product names, descriptions, prices, storefront status, and related metadata. Information a Seller publishes is intentionally made available on their public PickPicBuy pages.
Orders and checkout data
Customer name, email, phone, preferred contact methods, delivery country and address, selected products and quantities, prices, payment and delivery choices, instructions, notes, order status, and timestamps. Guest Buyers can place orders without creating an account.
Platform billing data
Platform payment references, amount, currency, billing status, purchased storefront or product capacity, payment gateway identifier, external transaction reference, and transaction timestamps. A payment provider may collect payment-card or account details directly; PickPicBuy does not need to store full payment-card numbers.
Technical, usage, and security data
IP address or a protected hash derived from it, browser and device information, request and event timestamps, referring page, pages viewed, feature interactions, click or scroll activity when analytics is enabled, approximate country supplied by network infrastructure, and security-event details.
Information from other sources
We may receive information from sign-in providers, payment gateways, hosting or security providers, Sellers, Buyers, and people who report possible fraud, prohibited content, intellectual-property concerns, or other misuse. We may combine that information with information already associated with the relevant account, order, or security event.
Please do not submit sensitive personal information in free-text fields, product photographs, descriptions, delivery instructions, or customer notes unless it is genuinely necessary.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- create, verify, secure, and administer PickPicBuy accounts;
- provide profiles, shops, photos, products, storefronts, favorites, sharing features, checkout, and order management;
- send order details to the relevant Seller and provide order confirmations or service messages;
- process and record payments made by Sellers to PickPicBuy for platform services;
- remember language and delivery-country preferences;
- provide support and respond to privacy, account, billing, content, and legal requests;
- authenticate users, prevent abuse, enforce rate limits, detect fraud, investigate security incidents, and protect PickPicBuy and its users;
- monitor reliability, understand feature use, troubleshoot, improve accessibility and performance, and develop the service;
- enforce the Terms and Conditions and comply with legal obligations; and
- establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
PickPicBuy does not currently use personal information for solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. Automated security controls may temporarily block or limit suspicious activity, and you may contact us if you believe a control affected you incorrectly.
4. Legal bases for processing
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on one or more of the following:
- Contract
- To provide the service you request, administer your account, accept a platform purchase, or transmit an order.
- Legitimate interests
- To secure, maintain, analyze, and improve PickPicBuy; prevent fraud; support users; and protect legal rights, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights.
- Legal obligation
- To maintain required records, respond to lawful requests, protect users, and comply with tax, accounting, consumer, privacy, and other applicable laws.
- Consent
- Where we ask for permission for a specific optional use. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
5. How we disclose information
- To Sellers. A Seller receives information needed to review, communicate about, and fulfill an order placed with that Seller.
- At your direction or publicly. Seller profile details, shop contact information, links, photos, and product information are public when a Seller chooses to publish them.
- To service providers. Vendors may support hosting, content delivery, data storage, email delivery, monitoring, security, bot prevention, analytics, customer support, and payment processing. They may process information only for the services they provide to us, subject to appropriate terms.
- To sign-in and payment providers. If you choose an external sign-in method or make a PickPicBuy platform payment, information is exchanged with the relevant provider to complete and secure that action.
- For legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, respond to lawful government requests, investigate fraud or security issues, enforce agreements, or protect people, rights, and property.
- In a business transaction. Information may be disclosed in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of the business, subject to appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or use it to target advertisements based on activity across unrelated services. If these practices change, we will update this Policy and provide any legally required choices before applying the change.
7. Data retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy. The period depends on the nature of the information and why it is held:
- account, profile, shop, photo, product, and favorite information is generally retained while the account or content remains active and during completion of a deletion request;
- order, billing, transaction, tax, and accounting records may be retained after account deletion when needed for legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and financial recordkeeping;
- verification tokens, temporary sign-in state, and rate-limit records expire or are removed after their operational purpose ends;
- security, support, and abuse-prevention records are retained for a period proportionate to the risk, investigation, or legal need; and
- backup copies may remain for a limited period until overwritten through normal backup cycles.
When information is no longer needed, we delete it, anonymize it, or isolate it from further use where immediate deletion is not technically feasible. A request to delete an account does not require deletion of records that must or may lawfully be retained.
8. Your privacy rights and choices
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have the right to:
- know whether we process your personal information and access a copy;
- correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
- request deletion of personal information;
- receive certain information in a portable format;
- restrict or object to certain processing;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
- opt out of sale, targeted advertising, or qualifying profiling where applicable; and
- appeal a refusal of a privacy request or complain to the data-protection authority in your country.
You can update much of your account, profile, shop, and security information from the PickPicBuy dashboard. To request permanent account deletion, use the account deletion page while signed in or email us.
We may need to verify your identity and the scope of your request before acting.
You may use an authorized agent where applicable. We may request proof of authority and direct identity confirmation. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. If we cannot fulfill a request, we will explain the reason where required and tell you how to appeal. Rights concerning information held independently by a Seller should also be exercised with that Seller.
9. International data transfers
PickPicBuy is operated by a company in the United States. Your information may be stored or processed in the United States and other countries where PickPicBuy or its service providers operate. Those countries may have privacy laws different from the laws where you live.
Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we use an appropriate legal mechanism, such as contractual protections, an adequacy decision, or another lawful transfer basis.
10. Data security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. These include access controls, protected authentication credentials, email verification, session controls, rate limiting, bot checks, request validation, security-event logging, and restrictions on administrative access to private user data.
No internet service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for using a strong, unique password, protecting your sign-in methods, and notifying us promptly if you believe your account or personal information has been compromised.
11. Children’s privacy
PickPicBuy is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13. Users must also have the legal capacity required to use the service and enter relevant transactions. If you believe a child has provided personal information contrary to this section, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy as PickPicBuy, our data practices, or applicable law changes. The current version will be posted here with a revised Last updated date. If a change materially affects how we use personal information, we will provide additional notice where appropriate or legally required.
