Terms and Conditions
Last updated: August 12, 2026
These Terms govern your use of PickPicBuy, operated by Taylorson Technologies LLC, a Florida limited liability company. By creating an account, publishing a storefront, placing an order, or otherwise using PickPicBuy, you agree to these Terms.
1. PickPicBuy and these Terms
PickPicBuy provides software that lets users create a selling page, upload photos containing products, mark products directly on those photos, publish interactive photo storefronts, share a full selling page or an individual storefront, and receive structured customer orders. The product concept is simple: Don’t build a store. Just sell. These Terms describe the legal boundaries of that service.
Definitions
- PickPicBuy
- The platform operated by Taylorson Technologies LLC.
- Seller
- A user who offers products through PickPicBuy.
- Buyer or Customer
- A person placing an order with a Seller.
- User
- Any person using PickPicBuy.
- Storefront
- An interactive selling photo published through PickPicBuy that may contain multiple marked products.
2. PickPicBuy is a platform, not the product seller
Unless PickPicBuy explicitly states otherwise for a particular transaction, PickPicBuy does not own, manufacture, stock, inspect every item, sell as merchant of record, package, ship, or deliver Seller products. The product transaction is generally between the Seller and Buyer. PickPicBuy supplies the technical platform used to display products and submit structured orders.
PickPicBuy is not responsible for obligations that belong to a Seller or Buyer merely because the platform was used. Nothing in these Terms excludes a responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
3. Accounts and eligibility
One PickPicBuy account may be used to buy, sell, or do both. Users must provide accurate account information, keep their credentials secure, take responsibility for activity through their accounts, and notify PickPicBuy if they believe an account has been compromised.
Users must have the legal capacity required under applicable law to use PickPicBuy and enter the relevant transactions. Sellers must be legally permitted to offer their products, conduct their sales, and comply with laws that apply to them.
Sellers may be professional or business Sellers, or private or non-business Sellers. A Seller must state that status accurately whenever PickPicBuy requests it. Buyer rights can differ depending on the Seller’s status and applicable law.
4. Orders and contract formation
Submitting an order through PickPicBuy sends a structured order to the Seller. It may contain products, quantities, customer details, delivery country, delivery option, Seller payment option, and a customer note.
The point at which a binding sales contract is formed may depend on the Seller’s confirmation, the circumstances of the transaction, and applicable law. The Place order action does not necessarily create the final legally binding sales contract in every jurisdiction. PickPicBuy does not guarantee that a Seller will accept or fulfill an order.
5. Payments between Buyers and Sellers
PickPicBuy does not currently process payments from Buyers to Sellers. Sellers may tell Buyers which arrangements they accept, including bank transfer, cash on delivery, cash on pickup, PayPal, payment by invoice, or a custom Seller-defined option. These choices are informational arrangements between the Seller and Buyer.
Selecting PayPal, bank transfer, or any other option does not mean PickPicBuy processes or guarantees that payment. PickPicBuy does not currently collect the purchase price for Seller products, hold Buyer funds for Sellers, automatically transfer Buyer funds to Sellers, guarantee that a Buyer will pay, or guarantee that a Seller will provide a refund.
6. Delivery
Sellers choose the countries they are willing to deliver to and the delivery methods available in those countries. PickPicBuy may display recognizable postal or courier presets. Selecting a carrier preset means only that the Seller says they offer that delivery option.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, PickPicBuy does not calculate carrier shipping rates, create carrier shipments, book couriers, generate carrier labels, guarantee delivery times, provide carrier tracking, or control a carrier. The Seller remains responsible for fulfillment.
7. PickPicBuy platform fees
Platform fees are paid by a Seller to PickPicBuy. They are separate from and unrelated to payment arrangements between a Buyer and Seller.
Current storefront pricing
First storefront. A Seller’s first storefront has no base publication charge and includes up to 10 unique products.
Additional storefronts. Each additional storefront costs $1 USD and includes up to 10 unique products.
Additional product capacity. Each additional block of up to 10 products on the same storefront costs $1 USD.
- First storefront, 8 products: free
- First storefront, 17 products: $1
- Second storefront, 8 products: $1
- Second storefront, 17 products: $2
Pricing changes
PickPicBuy may change platform pricing prospectively. The applicable charge will be shown before a Seller initiates a paid publication or capacity upgrade. A pricing change will not retroactively alter a completed platform payment.
Paid storefront activation
If a storefront requires a PickPicBuy platform payment, it remains a Draft until the required payment is confirmed. The Seller sees the required amount before paying. Confirmed payment activates the corresponding purchased publication or capacity entitlement.
A payment applies only to the storefront or capacity included in that payment. Other drafts belonging to the same Seller are not automatically published.
Capacity upgrades
A published storefront has an included or paid product capacity. If that capacity is full, the Seller may purchase the next block of up to 10 products. Existing published content does not need to disappear because the Seller wants more capacity. Paid capacity is not automatically reduced if the Seller later removes products.
Platform fee refunds and corrections
Publication and capacity fees pay for digital PickPicBuy platform entitlements. Where applicable law requires cancellation, refund, correction, or another remedy, PickPicBuy will comply. For duplicate charges, billing errors, or payment problems, contact [LEGAL CONTACT EMAIL].
8. Seller responsibilities
A Seller is responsible for their products; product legality and safety; descriptions, prices, availability, warnings, and authenticity; intellectual-property rights; taxes arising from Seller sales; Buyer payment arrangements; delivery and fulfillment; returns, refunds, warranties, customer service; and compliance with consumer and other applicable law.
A Seller must not misrepresent products, publish misleading prices, offer anything they are legally prohibited from selling, or imply that PickPicBuy guarantees their products.
9. Buyer responsibilities
A Buyer is responsible for reviewing available product information, selecting the intended product, supplying accurate contact and delivery details, choosing an available delivery option, following Seller payment instructions, and communicating with the Seller where needed to complete the transaction.
10. Consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights that applicable consumer law gives to a Buyer. Where a Seller is a professional or trader, applicable law may require pre-contract information, cancellation or withdrawal rights, returns, remedies for defective goods, warranties or guarantees, and refunds. Different rights may apply when the Seller is a private individual.
11. International and European use
PickPicBuy may be available internationally. Users are responsible for laws applicable to their country, products, business, customers, and transactions. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights that apply under local law.
Mandatory European consumer and platform rules may apply where PickPicBuy or Sellers target users in Europe. PickPicBuy may request and display legally required Seller information, including trader status and traceability details. Florida law does not override mandatory EU or EEA consumer protections. This clause does not claim that every marketplace compliance feature is currently implemented.
12. Seller information and verification
PickPicBuy may request Seller information where reasonably required for platform safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, Seller verification, marketplace transparency, or responding to lawful requests. Depending on the circumstances, this may include legal name, business name, contact details, business or trader status, address, identification information, tax or business identifiers, and other information required by law.
PickPicBuy may require Sellers to keep information current, verify it when required, disclose information that the law requires Buyers or authorities to receive, and suspend Seller activity where legally required. PickPicBuy does not promise Seller anonymity and does not claim that every Seller is currently verified.
13. Prohibited products and activity
Users may not use PickPicBuy for illegal products or services, stolen or counterfeit goods, fraudulent listings, unsafe or prohibited products, content or products that unlawfully violate third-party rights, deceptive activity, malicious software, security attacks, or other illegal activity. PickPicBuy may maintain or update more specific prohibited-product rules separately.
14. Seller content and license
Sellers retain ownership of content they create or upload, including photographs, product names and descriptions, storefront content, and custom delivery or payment instructions. Taylorson Technologies LLC does not become the owner merely because content is uploaded.
A Seller grants Taylorson Technologies LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, resize, technically reproduce, display, transmit, and distribute that content through the Seller’s public PickPicBuy pages, and otherwise use it as necessary for the legitimate operation, improvement, and reasonable promotion of PickPicBuy. This license does not transfer ownership.
Users confirm that they have the rights needed to upload and use their content. Content must not unlawfully infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or personality rights, or other intellectual-property rights. Legal or content complaints may be directed to [LEGAL CONTACT EMAIL].
15. Moderation, reports, and complaints
PickPicBuy may take reasonable action in response to illegal content, prohibited products, fraud, Terms violations, security threats, abusive use, or legal compliance problems. Action may include removing content, unpublishing storefronts, restricting features, suspending accounts, or terminating accounts.
Users may report suspicious listings, illegal goods, fraud, intellectual-property concerns, or other platform abuse to [LEGAL CONTACT EMAIL]. PickPicBuy may preserve and review information as reasonably necessary to respond to a report or lawful request.
16. Security and misuse
Users may not obtain unauthorized access, bypass access controls, abuse private APIs, scrape protected personal data, interfere with service operation, introduce malicious code, or attempt to access another user’s account, orders, or billing information.
17. Third-party services and social platforms
PickPicBuy may display or interact with services supplied by third parties, including delivery companies, Seller-selected payment services, PickPicBuy Billing gateways, social networks, and external websites. Third-party services operate under their own terms. Displaying a third party’s name or logo does not imply a partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement unless explicitly stated.
PickPicBuy may be used alongside TikTok, Instagram, Telegram, and other platforms. Unless explicitly announced otherwise, PickPicBuy is not affiliated with or endorsed by those platforms. Sellers remain responsible for following third-party platform rules. PickPicBuy does not represent that it provides an automated TikTok integration.
18. Availability and no guarantee of sales
PickPicBuy aims to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, updates, hosting outages, technical failures, or third-party infrastructure failures may affect availability.
PickPicBuy does not guarantee sales, revenue, customers, visibility, Seller success, or order completion. It provides tools for visual selling and order collection.
19. Privacy
Personal-data handling must be governed by a separate Privacy Policy. A public Privacy Policy is not currently linked from PickPicBuy and must be provided before production launch.
20. Disclaimers
PickPicBuy is provided on an “as available” basis, subject to applicable law. Information supplied by Sellers is their responsibility. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PickPicBuy disclaims implied warranties relating to the platform where those warranties may lawfully be disclaimed. This does not affect warranties, guarantees, or other rights that cannot be excluded.
21. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Taylorson Technologies LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or purely economic losses arising from use of PickPicBuy, Seller products, Seller-Buyer transactions, or third-party services where such liability may lawfully be limited. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer remedies.
22. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, a User will be responsible for reasonable losses, liabilities, and third-party claims incurred by Taylorson Technologies LLC to the extent caused by that User’s unlawful Seller products, infringement of third-party rights, fraud, material breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable law. This provision does not require a User to cover losses caused by PickPicBuy’s own unlawful conduct and does not limit non-waivable rights.
23. Suspension and termination
Users may stop using PickPicBuy. Taylorson Technologies LLC may reasonably restrict or terminate access for legitimate reasons such as a Terms violation, fraud, illegal activity, security risk, or legal obligation. Where appropriate and lawful, PickPicBuy will consider the nature and seriousness of the issue.
Termination does not rewrite historical orders, completed platform payments, or billing records. Information may be retained where reasonably required for legal compliance, dispute handling, security, or recordkeeping.
24. Changes to these Terms
PickPicBuy may update these Terms prospectively. Material changes should be communicated appropriately, and the current Last updated date will be shown on this page. Arbitrary retroactive changes do not automatically bind Users.
25. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without limiting mandatory consumer protections or other rights that may apply under the laws of a User’s country of residence.
Before beginning formal proceedings, a User should contact PickPicBuy and allow a reasonable opportunity for informal resolution. If a dispute remains unresolved, it may proceed in an appropriate court, subject to applicable jurisdiction and consumer law. These Terms do not require mandatory arbitration or waive class-action rights.
