No. Current PickPicBuy pricing charges for storefront publication and extra product capacity. There is no recurring monthly platform bill.
Does PickPicBuy take a fee from each customer order?+
No per-order PickPicBuy fee is part of the current pricing model. Buyers pay you directly using the payment arrangements you provide.
Does AI recognition cost extra?+
No separate AI charge or analysis package is required. AI recognition is included with standard storefront pricing.
What currency are platform fees charged in?+
PickPicBuy platform fees are currently charged in USD. The currency you use to price products for your customers is a separate shop setting.
What if I need more than 10 products?+
Each extra block adds capacity for up to 10 more unique products on that storefront and costs $1 USD.
Can I request a refund or correction?+
Mandatory rights under applicable law still apply. Contact support@pickpicbuy.com about duplicate charges, billing errors, or payment problems.
